We offer a wide range of poultry products, including chicken coops, chicken runs, unique complete chicken feed, and natural snacks for your chickens, drinkers, nesting boxes, and accessories such as toys, enrichment products, and chicken care products.

Ordering is easy! Add your desired products to your shopping cart and follow the steps at checkout. You can pay with iDEAL, credit card, or other available payment methods.

 

3. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping costs during checkout. For orders above a certain amount €60**, shipping is usually** free.

Free shipping applies to orders of €60 or more for packages up to 30 kg. **Above 30 kg, additional costs will be charged.**

 

4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Standard deliveries are delivered within 1-5 business days. Generally, your order will be shipped within 24 hours and will arrive the next (working) day. For large or custom-made products, delivery time may be slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

5. Can you customize products?

Yes, for some products such as chicken coops or runs, we offer customization. Please contact us at info@kippenpakket.nl to discuss the possibilities.

 

6. What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We strive for satisfied customers! If you are not satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is undamaged and in its original packaging. Contact us for a return label and instructions.

 

7. Do you offer advice on keeping chickens?

Absolutely! Our team consists of poultry experts, including a poultry veterinarian. If you have any questions about keeping chickens, choosing the right coop or feed, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you!

 

8. Can you deliver products abroad?

Yes, we deliver standard to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. Please contact us if you live in another country and are interested in our products.

 

9. How do I maintain my chicken coop?

A well-maintained chicken coop is essential for the health of your chickens. Clean the coop regularly, change the bedding, and check for pests. We also offer cleaning products and pest control products in our webshop.

 

10. What if my order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via Glenn@kippenpakket.nl or via WhatsApp using the button below. Send a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a solution, such as a replacement or refund.
